Alpro CampusCare recently participated in the University of Nottingham Malaysia (UNM) Induction Week, engaging with new students over two days through a series of health, wellness and skincare activities.
As part of the programme, Alpro CampusCare brought together healthcare professionals and wellness brands to introduce students to practical ways of managing their health and wellbeing as they begin their university journey.
Empowering Students Through Health Talks
On the first day, Ph. Tammy delivered a session titled “Why Stress Breaks You Out”, focusing on the connection between stress and skin health. The session highlighted how stress can affect the skin and shared practical tips for students to better manage their skin health during their university years.
On the second day, Ph. Hanini conducted a session titled “Gen Z Survival Mode – Why You’re Always Tired, Stressed and Straining Your Eyes?”. The session explored common lifestyle challenges faced by young adults, including fatigue, stress and prolonged screen exposure, while encouraging students to pay greater attention to their everyday health habits.
Wellness Gifts from Leading Brands
To make the two-day experience even more engaging, Alpro CampusCare also collaborated with three wellness and skincare brands — Cetaphil, Retane and Lafre.
Students received free gifts from the participating brands throughout both days, giving them the opportunity to discover products that support their personal wellness and skincare routines.
Through this collaboration, Alpro CampusCare aims to bring healthcare and wellness closer to the education community, while creating meaningful opportunities for students to learn, engage and take better care of themselves.
The partnership with University of Nottingham Malaysia marks another step forward for Alpro CampusCare in building a healthier and more wellness-conscious campus community.
